All digital images and content sold on PIXlify.ai are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a bundle, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial use license to:

  • Use the content in your personal or business projects

  • Sell end products (e.g. physical prints, videos, merchandise, designs) that incorporate our images in a meaningful, customized, or enhanced way

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute PIXlify.ai content "as-is"

  • Sell or share bundles in bulk or as part of a competing product, including reselling PIxlify-style image collections on marketplaces or websites

  • Offer PIXlify.ai images in a downloadable or editable format to third parties

2. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, regardless of whether you purchased a Micro, Mini, Pro, or Mega bundle.

3. No Upgrade Path

Each bundle is sold as-is and independently priced. We do not provide credit, trade-ins, or upgrade options if you purchase a smaller bundle and later decide to buy a larger one. This policy allows us to keep pricing low and administrative overhead minimal.

4. Image Availability Disclaimer

Not all images visible on our websites (Yumify.AI, Stickerfy.ai, Posterfy.AI) or Adobe Stock listings are included in our downloadable bundles.
If you do not find a specific image within a bundle, you can license it directly from our Adobe Stock portfolio.

5. Intellectual Property

All images sold on PIXlify.aiย are created using licensed AI tools and are owned by PIXlify.ai. You may use them for commercial purposes under the license provided, but you do not own the original artwork. You may not claim the original files as your own or use them in ways that imply authorship of the unedited content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content is provided โ€œas-isโ€ without any warranty or guarantee. PIXlify.ai makes no claims that the content will suit your specific project or generate income.

7. Limitation of Liability

PIXlify.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
